Pumping Gas issue

Whenever I try to put gas in my 2008 Explorer it just keeps clicking off...I replaced evap canister and the vent valve, blew out the lines ... any other suggestions as its driving me crazy!!

I would sure the filler neck is not kinked or pinched by the frame or anything.
