do you have a print out of the final alignment settings? To much positive caster can cause a shimmey (side to side movement) in the steering wheel but not a shake or hop which is up and down movement.

 

Yes he did and he felt the vibration at 65mph.

 

Bear with me for a bit. A number of years ago a customer of mine had a similar problem. Wheel shaking at a certain speed. We did everything you did. Same result. Still shaking. Finally took the car out onto the highway with another car as an observer. When the original car began to shake, we looked all over from front to back. Difficult to do at 65 mph. the only thing out of the ordinary we saw was a loose front bumper. It was shaking at speed. Got back to the shop, found loose bumper bolts. tighten them up. Test drive. Shake was gone. Not saying this is your problem. Just saying try an observing car. What do you have to lose? Good luck!
