90 ford raanger with signal light problem,need help.

 

what is the problem?

 

signal lights dont turn on,at all.

 

I had the same problem in my 1989 grand marquis wagon I also had no reverse lights I checked the turn signal fasher it was good there are two flasher one for four ways one for turn signals. one one the pins in the flasher did not get power the top one. I got power from a fuse with key on power with a piece of wire too to top pin now it works been like this for a year now .
