I have a 1993 Ford taurus, it has developed a left turn signal light problem, it signals very rapidly, is thare a light bulb or fuse problem?

Just a few question first.

1. It's just the LEFT turn??
2. Have you check'd the lights out side as they are Blinking??
3. Has this just start'd or has it happen before??
4. How long have you had this car??

Usally if the Light is burned out the Turn Singnal will stay soild color, on the dash panel...If the fuses have blown your Light will not come on at all

As Six stated, look to see if there are any outside lkight bulbs blown. Fast flashing usually is a blown bulb. If all bulobs are good, then we need to go deeper.

 

Hi All,

I have a Ford Taurus GL (1995) and I have the exact same problem. Two weeks ago the left turn signal started blinking very rapidly and the rear signal light is not working, although the light bulb is not burned (I even tried it with a spare bulb).

It's the first time this happens to me. Does anyone have any idea where the problem could be? Thanks.
