Torque Specs?

Can anyone tell me the torque specs for the Head Bolts on a 99 ford ranger? Or where to find them? I'm supposed to fix it today and I live too far away from town to pick up a chilton. It's a 99 Ranger, Manual with a 3.0L engine. 4WD.
