What next?! I turn on the truck and Windshield wiper is stuck on. It is in the intermittent mode so it activates every 10 seconds. I tried blowing out the switch and also disconnected the battery to reset the computer. I'm at a loss.

Sounds like a problem with the wiper sw (Smart stick) under the steering wheel.
