wont stop running, loose ignition

Default wont stop running, loose ignition
my 92' F-150,5.8L, tilt st.wheel wont stop running, even after I just replaced the damn ignition cyl. switch thing with a new key, Keep getting zapped by the main plug i pull to turn her off!

do you replaced with new ignition? have you turn to lock position?
i feel this is ignition problem...not the key problem.
