Unhappy 02 Excursion - dead power seat, memory switch & foot pedal adjust

HELP! I am new to site. I just bought a used Excursion and trying to get on the road but have to fix this problem in order to pass MD inspection (driver power seat must work). I have read posts on other sites pertaining to F-150 or Lariats about a corroded orange/lt. green wire. In these vehicles the location seems to be near pass. side kick plate. I haven't located anything on mine so far but not sure if looking in right area. Any other Excursion owner have experience with this and can you be specific of the location? If I can check a certain area then my hubby (electrician) can do the splice. Any pics would be helpful. I have already check fuses and they are fine. Could maybe be the seat regulator control processor but this corroded wire problem seemed to pop up a lot on other ford trucks and if located a much cheaper fix than buy the control processor.
