04 F150 spark plug problem

Needing some advice, started changing the spark plugs on my 5.4L Triton today and the threaded piece on the plug came off but the plug is still in. It is loose and will turn and move but I can’t get it out.

Most auto parts supply stores should have a kit available to help remove the remaining part.
