This goes back a bit , so let's see.
If I remember correctly the wing window frame also has the forward channel for the door window, is this correct for now?
That channel is somewhat adjustable, but not much if i recall.
The rear channel for the door glass is movable if you remove the screw that holds it in pace down at the bottom of the channel.
Once you get the wing window in place and secured, now you can set the door glass in place and adjust that rear channel to keep the glass in place
Does this sound right to you? We used a piece of wood to hold the door glass up out of the way until we were ready to connect the regulator assy to the lower door glass.Then secured the regulator assy. I don't recall if the regulator was held with 3 screws or pop rivets. I hope were working on a vehicle with manual windows , lol

Tried to put them together and installing. No luck.
