Unhappy 1992 Ford Econoline

Can someone please tell me where the signal light flasher is located. Also AC cuts off going uphill. Help

The flasher should be located on the fuse panel at the lower left side under the dash. (just above the driver's left foot)
When you state cuts off--------- if the system is working properly and the RPM goes up the low side pressure drops below a preset temp in the evap line and the compressor clutch is disengaged. A low refrigerant charge could also cause this.

To add to hanky's advice--Does the A/C keep blowing, just not out of the vents? If so, look for a vacuum leak going to the doors under the dash.
