1993 ford f150 ignition question

all the way down but I think I got the problem fixed today I replaced my distributor cap and rotor today and it seems to be starting fine ill let you know by the end of the day if the problem is fixed

so im still having the same problem but only twice a day now and not every time I start my truck what can I check
