Default 2002 ford ranger

last night i posted an issue with my 2002 ford ranger i had replaced the passenger side caliper that was frozen and the rotor, the caliper would not bleed out, no matter what i did i had no pedal and i got no air only fluid. This morning i spoke with several Ford dealers and they had never heard of such a thing and could not imagine why or how that could be. I went to the local garage down the street and spoke with the owner and he said i bet they gave you the wrong caliper for the passenger side and the bleeder screw is on the bottom, not the top. I went out and looked and sure enough it was, he told me air rises and it would never bleed with the bleeder on the bottom, all i would get is fluid. I changed the caliper and it bled right out. A good thing to know i would never had figured it out on my own.
