Question 2002 ford windstar owner

Hey, everyone. Quite a few satisfied ford customers here! Hope there is help here. My windstar has a solid brake warning light, solid yellow ABS light, speedometer, odometer not working, overdrive light blinking, no cruise control, fords recall for the potential fire hazard is completed. The recall did not fix anything and so it looks like this will be a DIY.
If the brake warning light and the ABS warnig lights are on solid will putting a jumper on the connection turn those warning lights out and restore the cruise control? Any suggestiions?

If it were only the e-brake and ABS light I would think it is a bad ABS controler. But all the other stuff would hint at a problem with the instrument panel or the BCM.
Some instrument panels have bad solder points. I would take the instrument panel out for inspection.
Maybe someone else has experience with your exact problem.
