Where is the vacuum canister on a 2006 E350 XLT

 

On passenger side of engine compartment, Remove the blower motor and you should be able to gain access to the canister.

 

Are you sure!? There just doesn't look like enough space for a fly!
Besides I can't find the supply line that would feed it. Only line I find in that Area is a extremely small line maybe for a an actuator. Just wouldn't want to remove all that equipment and have no joy.
