Default 2010 f250 5.4l

So I have a Gasoline f250 with 180k miles. It started behaving badly a couple of weeks ago. Check engine light on and blinking. I noticed the acceleration was quite sluggish but it still shifted smooth at low rpms. When down shifting to approach hills it had almost no power. When I put it on the computer three different cylinders had misfired. O2 sensor had an issue and there was something about the emissions. Since then I’ve replaced the spark plugs in the three cylinders that had misfire readings. Replaced the fuel filter. Added fuel injector cleaner and sea foam. There is no check engine light on anymore but the truck is running worse than it was before I changed the spark plugs. I know that ford is notorious for having bad coil packs any ideas. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I’m hoping that this would be an easy fix but now I’m not so sure. Thanks
