I just installed a new battery in my f250. Now all the dash warning lights are on with no key in ignition. Not sure if it is the Bcm or pcu needs reset. Truck ran fine until battery went dead.has anyone had this problem or any advice on what to troubleshoot next?

There is a good possibility there is more to this story than has been told.
Of course the first question is why did the battery go dead? Do you have any ideas on this?
Could there have been a problem before you replaced the battery, we would need to know the answers to these questions.
