Hello
Been gone over a decade since my '90 Bronco was crunched by a jack-knifed lowbed.
So today I bought a 2013 Edge Limited and am wanting to reset Sync but there are many different methods out there.
What version is my Sync? CCPU S/W 3.08.15128.EA.10_PRODUCT means nothing to me
Any help would be appreciated

Does your owner's manual have any of the info you need ?

 

Unforunately the seller did not have the manual.

 

If you type in your vehicle year ,owner manuals are available to read or purchase online.

 

I did that. Thanks, I got the Sync reset.
