i have a 2018 f550 ac clutch not turning on

i have pressure
fuse #3 has power ac compressor
fuse # 16 ac clutch relay power , does not have power

Cabin air filter was very clogged
​​​​​​ changed with new

any advice would be appreciated

Could you tell us how it was determined you have pressure ?

There is a low and high pressure switch in the system to protect the compressor.,
If pressure is too low compressor clutch will not engage. The same thing with too hi pressure.

Right now we do not know which condition is causing the clutch not to get power.

Sometimes we can get a system to work OK without gauges, but it is better if we can see what we have.
