96 explorer no start problem
I have a 96 explorer sport and am experiencing a no start problem (occasionally). I have replaced everything possible to do with the ignition. My fuel pump is new, and there is nothing left to replace. I'm starting to think it has everything to do with the computer but does anyone else have any other suggestions before I go and spend the money on the computer?!?!?! PLEASE let me know!!!

I had an intermittent starting problemwith a Crowne Victoria. It turned out to be the crank shaft sensor. The sensor outputs a signal tothe computer as the crank shaft turns and lets the computer know when to fire your ignition coils. If the sensor is not outputing a signal the computer will notfire the ignition coils.
