Default Bank 1 & 2 running too lean causing ck eng light

I replaced the o2 sensors on the left side exhaust and installed new plugs. I could use some help since light still stays on after reset. I was told a vacumme leak or a dirty mass air sensor. Does any one know how many o2 sensors there are on a 1996 v8 460 F250

It should be easy to check, just follow the exhaust to the converter. There are the two in the pipes from each exh mfld then should be one in front of the converter and one after the converter. What codes did you get ? I suspect you have a different problem from the O2 sensors. Here's why, something is telling the computer to lean out the fuel to both banks (decrease injector on time) either a vacuum leak that the air flow sensor isn't correcting because it doesn't know extra air is going in, or, the o2 sensors are picking up a rich exhaust and telling the ECM to decrease the injector on time. The codes should direct you at least to the system which may be causing the problem.
Can you supply the codes? Thanks,,,,,,,,,hanky
