Hi guys 07 f150 when I just barely adjust my panel lights up (from as low as it will go) it turns on my dome light on. It's like the dial is upside down. Any ideals what up with this. Panel lights so dim u can't see the gauges at night.

 

The only way to get to the bottom of this is to open the dash and check for poor connections especially a ground.
Also,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if there is an alternate path for the power to go it is going there..
Suggest you start at the switch and go from there.
