Default F 150 problem

I have a question, maybe you guys can help.
i was going to my cabin in late February, there was a slide in the road and I went over a boulder whit my truc. ( f150)
it shattered the drive shaft . The transmission cover the oil pan and crossmember bar. They replaced the items, but now when I drive the transmission do not shift properly, when you come to a stop there is a clung, after completely stopped after a few second you can feel a tug like the tranny wants to engage. Can anybody explain , having problem whit the dealership and insurance. Thanks

Could you provide some addl info, like, what was done to repair the problems?

If you care to, what kind of problems with the dealer and ins co.
At this point is it safe to assume a dealer did the work?
Did you get an itemized invoice/ estimate?
There is no way any intelligent, reasonable suggestion could be offered based on the info provided so far.

From what you have described , there was considerable damage done and along with that comes the unknown and hidden damage. Do you know if the repairing facility road tested the vehicle before giving it back to you?
How much time/miles before you noticed the problems ?

Athanks for the reply. Yes there was quite a bit of damage.
as I mentioned, I drove right thru the Boulder . The damage was on the oil pan, tranny cover was bend and leaking transmission oil, matter of fact there was no oil lef. Driver shaft broken in two pieces, muffler tail pipe.
The truck was towed to a Ford dealer in late February, they replaced the oil pan, tranny pan, driver shaft, muffler and tail pipe. As soon got the truck back I started to feel the tugs from the back. I thought about the differential it seems to lock somethings in the back when you apply the brakes. And the tranny because when you come to a full stop, after a few seconds there is a tug like the tranny wants to engage. Also the cross member was bend , they replaced. I don't think they went for a test drive otherwise the wuold have felt the same thing I did. The truck still there, since the end of February . Supposed the tech went for a drive and felt the same thing I felt, now waiting to see what they say.

There could be more than one reason for the problem. One of them could be the brakes are hanging up and slow to release thus providing the sudden jerking motion starting off from a stop.

Let us know they find, thanks.
