can anyone help..went to get e-checked (emissions test) today and failed. they said when you turn key but engine is not on that my check engine does not light up so I failed...any ideas on what to fix and is this a expensive fix....is it soething I might be abole to do? Thank you......Ron

 

It could be as simple as the bulb in the dash. It could be as bad as the need for a new ECU.....and anything in between, like the wire harnesses.
