Hi all,

My name is Robert new to this site. I have a windstar 95 that I would drive from SC to PA about every 4 weeks. I was getting 24-25 miles to the gallon untill my computer went out and I had a local Ford dealer repair van and now I only get 18-19 miles to the gallon. I can no longer reach the gas stops that I would normaly stop at. I talked with another dealer in another town and I was told that there was nothing that can be done about the lost of milage. I would think that if the van did it before why not now. Can the computer be reprogramed or rechipped? Thanks for all help I can get. Robert
