Temp gauge doesn't move, always on C side. The gas gauge works but goes up from E and stops about 3/4 of the way and stays there. If I switch it to Aux tank it drops all the way down to E and then back to 3/4 on main. I know there isn't that much in the tank. What the heck?

Also the truck starts from a cold start most times very easy, but if it runs for a while and I shut it off, it starts very hard. Long time with the key trying to turn it over. Any thoughts?

Just bought the truck, knew that it needed work so here I am. Hopefully someone has ideas, open for anything.
