Default Help needed!!!!

I have a 2005 F250 5.4L with an issue. Not all times but often when you start engine it will crank but die turn the key off restart will stay running. I have had shop replace MAF, they checked fuel pressure at motor and at tank said it was fine, replaced cam sensors. Now when you drive the truck it will go in limp mode I can turn off ignition and restart everything clears and runs great till it happens again. I got a PO61B and PO2106 codes showing. I was told it could be TPC or throttle body. Thanks in advance for the help.

A scan tool that shows the data stream info will be most helpful and prevent any guessing , which can create addl problems..
