Now that you know what you need to do,
Follow the directions EXACTLY and you should be OK.

hey if you could shoot me an e-mail that way I can send you a video of what's going on because it's still not starting and when I tried to start it it shot out a bunch of gas Vapors from the intake but I want to send you a video from me turning the ignition on and seeing check lights check engine lights on the dash that won't go out to me starting it meaning trying to start it that way you can tell that I'm on the compression stroke because it's not backfire another manifold anymore I can't post the video here because for some reason it won't let me actually I'm probably going to need your Facebook or something because an email only lets me send a 20gb video which is only like 20 seconds long

What you need to do is , start from the beginning and follow the directions step by step without skipping any steps.. Any deviation, and you are wasting your time.
You can do this , . This is what separates the men from the boys.
you just have to take your time and do each step as listed. It is not difficult, you just have to do each step.
Remember when you take that distributor out again, make sure the roll pin that holds the gear on the bottom of the dist shaft is not sheared., you should be able to see straight through the hole.. If it is sheared, you need to get another roll pin , line up the holes and drive the broken pin pieces out with a nail or punch then line up the holes and install the new roll pin.
