Default Issues with my old 5.0

1993 F150 with a 5.0L V8... Runs amazing when cold. When warm there's a dead spot in the peddle during acceleration between 30mph and 45-ish mph what could it be?

Suggest you check for a vacuum leak possible cracked hose.
Cold operation will allow a richer fuel mixture, but when warmed up and computer takes over extra air may produce lean condition.

Will do! Thank you. If that doesn't work what else might you suggest?

My old 93 5.0 from near new had a 'weak' spot tipping in the throttle/mid range. Never a CEL, and all the was in spec.
Wasn't horrible, not a dead spot, but annoying..
On mine, I temp blocked off the EGR tube and it ran great. Stopping the EGR flow obviously tripped a DTC, so I used the old disc style restrictors and reduced the flow in increments enough to stop the lag, but still flowed enough not to set the light.
