I'm a reformed Chevy guy. My son joined the Navy a few months ago, and before he went, he got me a 79 Ford F150 shortbed to play with. I've always been a Chevy (Impala) person, but I'm really having fun with this Ford. I will definately have to get some running boards for it, so I won't have to use a step ladder to get in the thing. It's been a long time since I've had this much fun with something that the top doesn't go down on.

One of my earlycars was a 62 Impala Convert.. Great car, would love to have it back!! Late 70's trucks were some of the best Ford built IMO...
