New to forum . needing suggestions on removing rounded off O2sensor
Any ideas greatly appreciated.

If you're replacing the O2 sensor, I would cut the wires, and put a 6-point socket on it with the longest breaker bar/pipe combo you can get for torque. That's what I had to do to replace one on my 88 Ranger years ago. An impact wrench may help if you have space/extensions to use one.
When working with severely rusted parts as this possibly is, You will need to get that part red hot and if the hex is rounded on the sensor use a pipe wrench or a good pair of vise grips and good gloves. It will squeak a lot , but once loosened you won the battle.
