Hi everyone fellow Ford owners, I have an 08 Fusion base model S with the 2.3 l and 5 speed manual. Just got done replacing the thermostat and water pump and oh my goodness what a job. The real reason why I even got on the form sites LOL. At 107,000 MI still runs really well however I do need to do the valve cover gaskets as there's oil getting to be everywhere and owned it for about a year and a half. Bought it with 95,000 on it so not too bad. Only thing is I wish I had a six-speed because five gears on the freeway my revs are pretty high. Other than that fairly happy with it I do like the fusions hence my name. So slow down or speed up because Urconfusionme. Reppin the pacific northwest. Western Washington state. to be exact Seattle-Tacoma area.
