Welcome to the site. Nice van !
With coil springs up front , maybe a higher lift spring is available. Those 7.3's are heavy.
It almost appears that you have larger tires up front. Maybe it's an optical illusion.
Hopefully someone with more experience will offer more suggestions.

One thing that not a lot of people know is that the front ends of gas and diesel trucks are the same. Even though the diesel engine weighs about 800 pounds more. Which means they wear out (really) fast. Look for sagging springs. You'll probably have to replace them, along with the ball joints and some other parts that wear really fast in this platform (things like the drag links, and tie rod ends). Not happy, I know, but it should help a great deal.

Don't know if you want to consider replacing those front coil springs, but in 10+ years they had to have lost some lift power. you may even be able to get some variable rate aftermarket springs that may not give as soft a ride , but will hold up the front.

the guy i bought it from gave me paperwork showing he put $1400 in the front end a month before i bought it so i think the front end is good. the tires are all the same size must just be the way the pic looks

I think the rear looks high. Might check for additional springs in the rear for loads?
