Power window won't roll down but will go up

Default Power window won't roll down but will go up
I have a 2007 f150 crew cab. The passenger window wouldn't roll down. I bought a new regulator and found out when testing it that it would only roll up and not down. Suggestions?

Can you hear if any relays are working when you push the switch to the down position?

I can hear the relay when I push down only one the main driver window switch but not for any other window

Do all the other windows work normally?
If so, you may need to go into the door with the problem and confirm the motor is getting a signal to go down.
