I'm an old Air Force Fighter Pilot, now working as a contractor for the military as a weapon systems analyst focused on interoperability among our Services and our Allies.
My first car was a '36 Ford 5 window coupe. Took a '53 Ford Victoria to College. My rides currently include a '66 Mustang convertible 289 3 speed, Springtime Yellow, I bought new while in Pilot Training. Daily driver from Jan 1966 until around 2000. She still drives great but my fellow drivers force me to keep the car protected most of the time. Also have a 2008 Escape Limited. Wonderful vehicle. Primarily my wife's ride. Also drive a C5 Vette convertible, a Mercedes SLK320, and an '89 Chevy C1500 Silverado Sport pickup.

Thanks for your Countries service...

Feel free to toss up some images of current or past rides. Even a few of your bird!
I finished up my flight training later in life,, had the chance in my late teens to move forward with some friends both now left seat commercial. What were you flying?

A friend of mine has a 64 1/2 Convertible 289HO (generator early) Poppy Red auto with the Sport/GT pack gauges, console etc. His folks bought it new, and nothing has been done to it in many many years. Unfortunately it has sentimental value, and he knows what’s its worth. Think it was the first one to show up at the local dealer.. I’ve worked on him though! I’ve been thinking about and occasionally on CL for a 6 manual, just to play with...

Default Old Mustangs

Wish I had a red car because my wife thinks my '66 rag top would be really cool in red and not so much in yellow. But, it was born yellow and thet's how it will stay as long as I own it. Was trying to order a metallic green car but ended up buying the yellow machine out of the showroom. Never been sorry. Day Ford in Enid, OK. That 64 1/2 must be wonderful and valuable as well. Cheers --- Clip
