How is everyone today.I have had my F-350 Super cab since 2003 and this is the first problem I have had.My rear window goes down but will not go up ( from the back or from the drivers side). I got a new relay for both sides but it still does not work. Would this problem be a ground or the motor itself.Hope someone can help...Alberta is still cold even in March and now I havee to drive my Wifes Dodge....Thanks

 

Have you removed the panel to see if there is current going to the motor with switch in the up position? If there is current at the motor, then the motor is bad. Use a test light to check for current.
