Default Turn signals and hazard lights don't work. HELP

My turn signals and hazard flasher lights on my 2000 XLT SUV don't work. I'm thinking it's the fuse in the circuit to the flasher/turn signal relay? It's winter weather here and I don't want to be working outside for long periods to try and locate the fuse and/or relay. Can anyone tell me where the fuse and/or relay are located.

Before you dig too deep, spray a little penetrating oil around the flasher portion and see if that helps. Please give the body style and we can look up diagrams for you. If you go to www.fleet.ford.com then click on the maintenance tab, then owners manuals. Enter information for vehicle and download owners manual. Go to roadside emergencies and search for the fuse boxes and fuse locations.
