Default New member, '03 Crown Vic P71

Hi all, my son and I bought a 2003 Crown Vic P71 which we will be picking up early next week. 88K miles and super clean, looking forward to doing some tinkering with it. We do have some newbie questions which I will post separately in the P71 thread.

We're happy to have a place we can come to share our triumphs and (hopefully rare) defeats with fellow Ford enthusiasts!

My name is Alan, I am still learning the tricks of doing car repairs. I jsut installed all new struts, and the "works" for suspension on my 2000 Mercury Sable LS Premium Sedan.

I want to learn, and enjoy not just saving money, but self-satification of doing the job myself.

Newbie to this forum. I just bought a 2004 freestar a couple months ago and joined to learn more about it. Ford guy to the bone here, I've got a 97 F250 powerstroke (not stock), 76 F250 highboy, 91 festiva (town car, cheap to drive), and the van. I bought my son an 02 taurus a couple years ago and him and his girlfriend also have a 2000 escort. We drag race 3 1966 fairlanes also. Spend a lot of time on ford trucks forums (fte) and have learned so much on the 7.3. Later guys and gals, going to put a post up in the freestar section. Darin

I LOVE my 2005 Ford Explorer! I just (finally) paid it off last month! YAY ME!!! OK, so I am having and have been having brake issues for going on two years. I joined this forum to see if anyone can give me any ideas on this. I have three daughters and don't feel so safe driving my one and only car with them in it, so please go check out my question titled '2005 Ford Explorer Brake Issues' to see if you can help me...
