Since I haven't posted here before, thought I would throw this out and see what happens.

I owned an '83 Crown Vic....back in the '90s...and drove it for about 100k miles.

Through a long series of events that I will not go into, now own a 2002 Crown Vic (base model).

Driving it is SO familiar, even though it's been 20 years since I last had one.

They do not have what I need either. It would seem that this model was an in between. The owner's manual does not fit this model at all. Got a copy from the company same deal, exact copy of the one I was given. Everything is original except for small repairs.

I need the engine manual for this model. Deciphered the VIN, it is an E class, 7.5L/460, built Dec 1986. Cannot find the brake cylinder to put fluid in, thought I was poring brake fluid in the right cylinder, turns out to be the power steering which is leaking everywhere. Explains the spots on the wrong side of the body. There is more, I need to understand the placement of everything, use to small cars, this is different. Stuff I do not even know about.

Thank you, looked for a place to ask about this, but got lost.

Blessings.
Hi connie i also have a 1987 geogie boy lean machine. Its very difficult to find information on this vehicle. Im still trying to find a replacement gascap. i bought this thing 2 years ago and the interior was amazing, the milage was only 26,000 but im currently dealing with brake issues. Specifically, the brake pedal is hard to press, the brake light stays on, and it feels as though the brakes are “stuck”. Wondering if youve had any experience with this, thanks. -Brandon

Just got my 2nd Escape, this one with 4WD. This one replaced my 2016 and is much roomier and has quite a few safety upgrades. Looked at other makes and models but OMG none of them had an electric adjust able passenger seat, just the Titanium model of the Escape and other Ford products.
No mods on the Escape yet but a dashmat. Live in very sunny Arizona and like to bash around the desert in my UTV, go to movies and tinker on the property and in the garage.
