I've been looking around for a long time now and can't see where this should go. I might have unplugged it when I did my Plenum gasket a few months ago. I'm trying to track down some power loss and rough starts when cold and fun this thing hanging out by itself. It's located right next to the plug for the distributor. I'll add a picture. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
I can't tell from the pix, but if the wire is only so long , it can only go so far, so look in the area the wire can reach for a component without a plug on it.
AC compressor,, looks like it’s been bypassed.. Compressor would have sat on top of the aluminum flange just in front of the valve cover where the bypass pulley is bolted...

The connector would be there for non AC equipped as well. If it’s a Non AC truck originally, there’s a lot of major parts that would have to be added, firewall work, electrical/control, including a larger radiator for HD cooling in most cases.
I assumed it was an AC equipped originally, since most have air..
