Stock security alarm system

Default Stock security alarm system
I need help with f150 security system. When I use the remote key to unlock the door the alarm goes off. Sometimes the it would unlock the door but most of the time the alarm just goes off as if it was burglarize. I have to press the unlock button several times before it unlock. Please help!
