We have the Platinum Ford ESP warranty on our 2008 F 350 Diesel that is good until Sept. 2020. We need to have a repair made to the vehicle but all Ford dealers are closed. Just FYI to let you know the good people at Ford will not authorize a repair facility for us to go to. In fact after spending large amounts of time on the phone with these idiots they can't find my warranty in their files. I have the paperwork in my hand. They tell me I have to wait for the dealers to open. Who knows when that will be? My last Ford for sure!
