What vehicles have you owned?
Indeed, English motors look great and work once in while too!
Somewhere in carsurvey.org I read about Jaguars:
After Ford stepped in and the Jaguars improved, Ford got earnest letters from wealthy English owners complaining about the change. It deprived them of one of their favourite adventures, packing a delicious picnic, taking the Jaguar out for a long drive through the countryside, knowing the car would break down in some small village so they could be "rescued" by the locals while they called for their chauffeur to come and get them in their Bentley or Rolls Royce. They were seriously asking for the cars to break down more.
Got to love British humour!
Turns English soon enough:

Me too RB on the list..
I used to buy/repair/sell insurance- salvage wrecks, theft recovery's ect. (more so before the salvage titles) as well as buy customers cars that weren't cost affective for them to fix. Do the repairs and turn them. I have no idea how many vehicles I've owned in 44 years bend'n wrenches.. Although,, I could name easily the ones I 'wish' I had never sold....
Like this 70 Mach 1. Owner changed the fuel filter creating a leak and almost burned the car to the ground. Sat for many years (he was going to fix it some day) before he caved to my pressure. 351C 4spd. Posi. Was a nice car, top image is after the love'n...
