Default Identifying Old (1920s-1930s) Ford

Hi everyone. I'm a researcher at the Johns Hopkins university, and I'm trying to figure out the time period for a historic photo. The photo has an old car in it, which I believe is a Ford. I was wondering if anyone here could help me figure out what model year it is, to get a general sense of when the photo was taken. Here's the car:

Thanks in advance,
Tom

Make note of the wooden wheels/rims, split windshield (drops in half from top), painted radiator (not showy-brass era) and convertible top. A top company might narrow your choices.
