Here is my problem. I bought a 91 Ford Aerostar Van and it ran fine until one day I was driving and when I let of the gas the van would come to a stop. I think one of the wheels locked up. Well it was as if my transmissions was fighting against the brakes. I eventually got it pulled home and we were going to push it in the drive and we couldn't budge it. Finally it broke free and went forward.After that all gears except for park move the van forward. The front seal on the transmission has been replaced and the gears seem to be adjusted properly. If there is any help other than a new transmission please let me know.
