Default 04 CrownVic moonroof woes

Hello people,
I just purchased my first Crown Vic. My moonroof wont operate. The fuse is good. What are some things I can check before having to take it to a mechanic?

If you have the owner's manual, go to the fuse and relay section and look for relay #208. That is the moon roof relay. Was this vehicle formally a police vehicle?

No, it was private owned. I'll check on that relay tomorrow and respond to this thread. Thanks for the response

Default Problem fixed.

It turned out the #7 fuse in the power center in the engine compartment was bad. Visually it looked good. I put a meter to it and it read bad. I replaced the fuse and now the moonroof works fine.
