I checked the bearing, and that is fine.. The clutch works, but it has like rust on it.. I cleaned it and put it back on.. But it still makes a whine noise.. The AC is cold.. the back pully is fine..is the clutch worn out?

The whine likely is from the compressor. If the system is cooling, I would leave it alone.

Compressor clutches don't usually make any noise when engaged. If the bearing is on it's way out , you will hear the noise when the clutch is not energized.

If the noise is getting worse, I would suggest having the noise confirmed before it destroys the compressor and debris gets into the entire system .That can be quite
expensive to correct.
