2007 crown Victoria throttle body code
I have a 2007 crown Victoria with 150,000 miles. I replaced the passenger side head because it blew a spark plug out and destroyed the head. But while I replaced the head it installed stage 2 comp cams, performance intake manifold, catless exhaust and egr delete plate. When I started it up I had o2 sensor codes and throttle body codes. But I have the up stream o2 sensors in so the o2 sensor codes are for the down stream o2s that aren’t plugged in. But I’m getting p2111 and p2104 codes for the throttle body. I replaced the throttle and the same codes came up. I tried to relearn the throttle body by dis connecting the battery then idleing car for 15 mins. But the codes are still there for the throttle body and I cant drive the car bacause car goes into limp mode because of the throttle body and I’m not sure what to do at this point.
Pretty sure your vehicle has "Fly by wire" ,Electronic throttle control. You may be in over your head on this one , suggest you have someone with the experience , access to the proper info and tools to check out things like accelerator pedal position components. There could also be a wiring problem.
