So earlier today while coming from my doctors appt. My car started acting up. what happen was it sounded like some one hit us from the back but when we try to take off we can't move. It makes this loud noise almost like something is tearing up underneath the back end of the car. We dont know if its the rear end gone or what can some one please tell me.

 

Would like to offer some useful help, but is pretty difficult without looking under the vehicle to see if anything can be seen from outside the system. Can you have someone look under the vehicle and maybe see something broken?
