Default Horn not working

I got a problem I hope someone can help with. I have a 92 Crown Vic LX and the horn isn't working. I checked the fuse and tried a new relay. I hear a clicking noise when I press either horn button. I have 2 horn buttons on the stearing wheel at the thumb positions of 10 & 2. I don't even know where the actual horn is located on my car. Any suggestions?

The clicking you hear is the relay working. Your problem lies between the relay and the horns themselves. Horns require a lot of current to operate and a poor connection will not allow the current to get to the horns(2). Look around at the front of the fenders under the hood the horns are usually hidden under there to keep them out of the rain, moisture etc. Sometimes they are hidden behind the battery. When you find them, just move the wires around some , that usually is all it takes.,,,,hanky
